R ock Star's new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 outlines what players can expect from their latest open world cowboy shooter. The trailer is six minutes of 4k footage showcasing the new world, mechanics and characters coming to this sequel. The new game is set to release on the 26th October 2018 on Xbox One and Playstation 4 with the respective X and Pro models promising improved graphics, frame rates and resolution. A PC release has been confirmed but with GTA V's PC release being delayed for over a year suggests it's going to take a while. Thankfully, the first Red Dead Redemption can be played now on Play Station 3, Xbox,360 or Xbox One, thanks to Microsoft's backwards compatibility.

It followed an outlaw named Jhon Mareston across the United States and Mexico, before concluding in the standalone expansion, Undead Nightmare. With the sequel releasing in October, now is the perfect time to re-pay the first instalment in the cowboy series. Thankfully, the game of the year edition bundles both the original game and all of its DLC - including Undead Nightmare
